Orders and Shipping

 I have placed an Order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?
> Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.

 How can I track my order?
> The confirmation email will include the delivery details. It will include the shipment number/AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can write to us at cs@sifbox.com

Do you take orders over the phone?
>Yes, we do take orders over the phone. To place an order over the phone, you can call us or WhatsApp at +91 9823880235 and provide the following information: 1) Name 2) Complete Address with Pincode 3) Email address 4) Product to be ordered 5) Phone Number

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
> Yes, you will receive a call on the day the delivery is to be attempted. In case you are not available at your address, you can ask the courier person to deliver the products the next day.

How long will my order take to arrive?
> We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.

Can you expedite my product on priority?
> The expedite delivery varies from region to region. If you want us to expedite your product, give us a call at customer support. Please make sure that it is a prepaid order. We cannot expedite the COD orders.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchange

How can I cancel my order?
> To cancel your order please write to us at tausif@sifbox.com/ cs@sifbox.com

Can I modify my shipping address after the order has been placed?
> Yes, we can modify/change your shipping address provided you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. However, if the order is dispatched before you contact us the shipping address will not be modified/changed.

How will I get a refund for the canceled order?
> To get your refund please contact us at our customer support at tausif@sifbox.com/cs@sifbox.com. Our executive will initiate the refund process. If you made the payment online, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 5 working days of receiving the request from you. If you made the payment via COD, we will send you the money within 10 working days of requesting a refund.
